Grooming
Cedar Creek Pet Resort has more award-winning groomers on our staff than any other site in southeastern Wisconsin.
All groomers know the proper trim for every breed, and are highly skilled at giving your pet just the look you want.
We will demat (hourly fee of $35.00)if possible and/or requested.
JACKIE (the owner)specializes in hand-scissoring. She has bred, conditioned and groomed some of the top-winning bedlingtons in the country, including several Westminster winners.
KATIE (our performance groomer) specializes in proper coat conditioning and care for the difficult double-coated breeds. She is an expert on Collies, which she handled in AKC shows, but does just as well on Cocker Spaniels or Wire Fox Terriers.
LYNN (our part-time show groomer) has worked for some of the top AKC handlers in the country, including a poodle breeder. She has bred and shown Weimaraners, and currently works full-time at a manufacturing plant. Lynn has remarkable patience with difficult dogs. She loves having the ability to keep her skills updated, and we love Lynn!
SUZIE (our part-time Saturday groomer) breeds and shows Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She works full-time in management at a manufacturing company, but likes to help out during busy times.
CHELSEA (our apprentice groomer)has been a Junior AKC handler. She breeds English Cocker Spaniels, but you should see her handle Rottweilers and Dobes! She is very quickly learning the show trims for all dogs, and is an excellent student of scissoring. |
