Two-Room Boarding Lodges

Our canine guests stay in thoughtfully designed private suites that allow both rest and movement throughout their stay. Each lodge includes two connected spaced:

Cozy Resting Area (3–5 ft)

The front portion of the suite serves as a den-style resting space complete with soft bedding, toys, and food. This smaller, enclosed area provides a sense of security and calm for sleeping and relaxing.

Connected Movement Area

An integrated doggy door provides continuous access to the adjoining space, which remains open at all times except during scheduled sanitation.

  • Standard Lodging: approximately 6 ft x 4 ft

  • King Lodging: approximately 6 ft x 8 ft

This secondary area is kept slightly cooler to mimic an outdoor environment and includes a designated bathroom space. 

Turf or rubber matting can be added upon request, and raised cots are available for added comfort. 

Kitty Condos

Our feline guests enjoy their own spacious cat condos, available in a variety of sizes. Each condo includes:

  • Cozy areas for rest and relaxation

  • Climbing spaces to satisfy their natural instincts

  • A private litter area

To keep things engaging, cats also get daily time in our large cat room, where they can:

  • Climb on cat trees

  • Watch the world outside through sunny windows

  • Play with toys

  • Stretch out and explore

  • Watch Kitten TV

  • Drink from the waterfall fountain

This rotation ensures each kitty has a balance of private downtime and fun, active play.

Daily Care & Enrichment

In addition to their private lodge, all boarding guests are:

  • Taken outdoors for bathroom breaks each morning and evening

  •  Provided fresh water at all time

  •  Soft bedding and/or cots

  •  Housed in temperature-controlled comfort with hydronic heated flooring

  • Accommodated in lodges that are deep cleaned and sanitized daily using Rescue™ veterinary-grade disinfectant

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety and health of all our guests, we require up-to-date vaccinations for boarding.

  • Cats must have current Rabies and FVRCP vaccines, with FELV strongly recommended, along with ongoing flea prevention.

  • Dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, with Lepto and Influenza strongly recommended, plus active flea and tick prevention and a negative fecal test within the past year.

Enrichment Add-ons

  • Your pup will enjoy 10- 15 minutes of outdoor time with one of our attentive pet care crew. Whether it’s stretching their legs, playing their favorite activity, exploring the yard, or just soaking up fresh air, this one-on-one break gives them a chance to burn off energy and get some extra attention under careful supervision.

  • Estimated 30 minute - Quick refresher on basic manners and commands during your pet’s stay. Perfect for reinforcing sit, stay, recall, or leash skills with positive reinforcement.

  • It’s more than just a game - it’s a total brain workout for your pup! By tapping into their natural hunting instincts, scent training provides intense mental enrichment that a standard walk just can’t match. As they get better, we level up to specific oils (like birch or clove) and more complex hiding spots. It builds confidence, focus, and a very tired, happy pup!

  • Give your pup the ultimate adventure with a guided 30-minute trail walk through our scenic property! Perfect for dogs of all ages who enjoy exploring new sights, sounds, and smells, this activity offers the perfect blend of physical exercise and mental enrichment. Weather and dog temperament permitting.

  • Add a little extra fun to your dog’s stay with a frozen lick mat or Kong! These tasty treats help dogs relax, stay mentally stimulated, and feel comforted during boarding, grooming, and playcare.

    We offer rotating seasonal and themed flavors, all made with pet-safe ingredients. Great for picky dogs, active pups, or anyone who deserves a delicious snack (so… all of them!).

  • A fun, brain-boosting activity that engages your dog’s natural instincts to sniff, search, and problem-solve! We hide tasty treats or kibble in a snuffle mat or puzzle toy, encouraging your pup to use their nose and mind to find every last piece. It’s a great way to reduce boredom, relieve stress, and provide mental enrichment during their stay!

What makes us different?

  • Each pet receives totally individualized care by trained professionals. Each pet is allowed to exercise according to their own body clock, not a pre-set kennel schedule. Our state-of-the-art computer system tracks your pet's feeding, exercise and medication schedule. We have finger-tip access to all the personal information you give us to best care for your pet.

  • Our staff has trained veterinary staff to look after your pets. We feed and recommend Purina ProPlan, a premium quality pet food to ensure a complete balanced diet. You choose the formula, we do the rest.

  • All runs are divided into two sections: the bed area and the exercise area. The entire run is indoors to ensure proper cleanliness all year round and is accessible to your pet 24 hours a day, except during cleaning.

  • We will NEVER, even during peak seasons, divide your pet's run to make room for another dog.
